The Punjab government has released the portal for pension scheme. People who want to have pension in Punjab can Apply Online or Offline i.e by Application Form.

How to Apply Online for Punjab Pension Scheme :

To Apply online and offline application for pension schemes Punjab. Follow the details given below:

Online form Instructions:

  1. On the State Portal of Punjab, click on Citizen Login link.
  2. If you are a new user, click on “New User Registration” link, else login with your Username and Password.
  3. After logging in for the first time, user will be asked to update their profile. Please update it.
  4. Click on “Fresh Application” link in the left menu.
  5. On the next screen, all Department wise services are listed. Choose the service you want to apply for and click the “Apply” link next to the service.
  6. On the Fresh Application screen, go to Alternative 2 (Online Form application) section and click on “Click here to fill the application form online” link.
  7. Fill the form and click “Submit”.
  8. Click “View Saved Application” link, select the application and click “Upload Supporting Documents” button.
  9. Upload the supporting documents.

Offline form Instructions: [Application Form is given below]

  1. On the State Portal of Punjab, click on Citizen Login link.

  4. Click on “Fresh Application” link in the left menu.
  5. On the next screen, all Department wise services are listed. Choose the service you want to apply for and click the “Apply” link next to the service.
  6. On the Fresh Application screen, go to Alternative 1(Offline Form application) section and click on Form Name to download the e-Form.
  7. Fill the e-Form in offline mode (Internet connection is not required to fill e-Form).
  8. Login to the application and on the Fresh Application screen, go to Alternative 1 (Offline Form application) section and click on “Click here to upload the filled form” link.
  9. Browse to the filled e-Form and click on “Add” button.
